The Kinross-shire Fund
The Kinross-shire Fund is a unique charity dedicated to enhancing the lives of local people across Kinross-shire. We raise funds and make grants to a wide range of projects, groups and voluntary organisations in support of our vision – ‘Making Kinross-shire a great place to live’.
We’ve been established for over 12 years and have, to date, made funding awards to over 50 beneficiaries, ranging from pre-school and elderly groups to gardening and sports clubs.
We’re proud to support the fantastic work going on in our community and believe that, together, we make a positive difference to local people’s lives.

Why The Kinross-Shire Fund?
Kinross-shire is, without doubt, already a wonderful place to live. It’s an area of outstanding natural beauty, rich history and retains a real sense of community so often lacking in many of today’s towns. With good transport links and great schools, it’s perhaps not surprising that the area has seen continuing expansion, particularly in terms of housing and population growth.
Of course, this means increasing demand and need for community services and facilities. The Kinross-shire Fund aims to provide a focal point within the area, enabling us to understand and address local issues such community infrastructure and regeneration.
Our fundraising is targeted towards individuals, local business, enterprise and groups who may wish to ‘give something back’ to the community and want the assurance that their money will be used in the most effective, responsible way.

How To Support The Fund
We welcome funding from individuals, businesses and groups. Large or small, every donation makes a difference and is dedicated to supporting projects and activities right here on Kinross-shire’s doorstep.
